  4. Accept what is. Rather than resisting what you cannot change, have an attitude of acceptance.
  5. Eliminate unnecessary stress. Your ability to handle stress better is based on the condition of your nervous system–this is one way regular chiropractic care may help you live longer.
  6. Don’t be negative. The power of our thoughts and emotions are often overlooked.
